Manchester Stretford in OLld Trafford end of Gorse Avenue new dropped kerb onto Great Stone Road. The filter is opened as most of the main roads are closed for the Manchester Marathon 2018

Access to the towpath on the Bridgewater Way is now almost complete. Path is 6 feet wide (less than 2 metres) and less than the 3 metres recommended for a shared footway

This is where Bike Friday used to start from way back in 2008. Might consider starting from here again now there are pop up lanes on the A56 . Starting point in recent years has been the Tram stop bus stop also in Stretford #86813
